Horrible, internet constantly goes down for a long period of time and the “tech support” was less than no help there is an hour and a half wait to talk to “tech” and they disconnected me. When I called back the operator told me that you can be disconnected after a long wait and then put me on hold yet again Very unprofessional They don’t seem like they care about heir customers I will be finding another internet provider as soon as I can because anything is better than this

Description of Work: Had them for HD Cable & Internet. Cable channels would freeze at no specific time. Was told to unplug box and try again. Nobody knew what to do. |To expensive for not being able to watch a TV show in its entirety without freezing up.

Provider came on time, as scheduled at the beginning of their 4-hour window. Provider came in the house, took off his boots, swapped out my cable modem, got on his mobile phone back to home office. Ten minutes later, my account was switched over to give me a whopping (dripping sarcasm here) 2mbps upload speed with a fairly decent 35mbps download. Installer was great. Service electric's infrastructure is seriously lagging the world, however, if the best upload they can give a business-class customer is 2mbps when friends using other providers in other areas get 10-20mbps upload.

Call desk was very responsive and the technician was on time. I had just moved in and was home alone. I would have appreciated a bit more assistance to move the TV around from the tech but he clearly stated that was not his job, so much for going beyond the call of duty.
