I called at 10 o clock in the morning and he was here before 12. I needed a toilet bowl replaced. He explained everything to me worked fast and efficient. He was very easy to deal with And did a great job. I will be calling him back for other jobs that I have in the future

Not only is Ken a good guy he is also Reliable, Professional, Experienced and down to earth. Fixed our shower faucet on an emergency call.

Ken Arrived at our house about 4 hours after I contacted him on Home Advisor to look at a very slow flushing toilet. Ken worked on snaking it for awhile but had to remove the toilet because the blockage was very stubborn, even when working from the bottom he could not clear the blockage and since it was getting late we decided he would continue the next day. Ken came prepared the next day with a strong acid that would dissolve anything that could be in the toilet but also a grabber tool, which he tried first. In about a minute he pulled a Triple A card from the toilet :-(, we will never know how it got there... Ken reset the toilet and cleaned up and we were back in business! Great job.

Ken was here to fix the water hammer problem and he did so as proposed. He also reviewed some other issues in my older house and knew exactly how all the equipment was installed and after suspecting the other problems, was able to reduce our water pressure to acceptable levels. He showed great knowledge and care, charged me a fair price, and I would recommend him highly.

Great work at a fair price. His truck was in the shop and he still came out to do my job on a Sat.. He said he would be here by 4:00 PM and he called ~ 2:00 PM and said he'd could come early. That was great. Ran into a couple of problems, through no fault of Ken's, but his experience was able to get around it and finish the job. Would recommend him.

Ken responded to my request to replace my garbage disposal immediately and came the next day. He did a great job, and his price was reasonable. Would recommend.

Ken did great (and clean work). He connected our fridge to the water line, added a gas line to our deck and updated a gas line in our laundry room. I need to make it known though that he called and messaged many times for this review. He finished the job on Friday and it's now Monday at 11:30am. In that time, Ken has texted me 4 times, called 6 times, left a voice mail, had another woman call me and leave a voice mail. I have a 7 month old child and am sick right now and had family over for the weekend but he took it very personally that I didn't do this review immediately. Ken's work was great but the calls/texts were a little much.

Appreciate the excellent job that Ken did. Getting a new hookup for an additional sink was a challenge in my old house. Ken got the job done quickly and neatly. The cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use Ken again. Thanks Ken!

First time using Home Advisor and I was lucky enough to get Ken! Needed an in-ground grill gas line capped and the grill removed. Ken contacted me about 10 minutes after I requested the work, was at my house the next day and had the grill out and line capped in about an hour. Quick, friendly and affordable! Instead of just cutting the grill he managed (through no small effort) to get the grill completely out of the ground! Will absolutely be in touch with him again. Highly recommended.
