Description of Work: Removed existing flashing on wooden column of condo patio which was corroding from the treated lumber chemicals (missing wrap/membrane). CSL removed existing flashing, inspected existing wooden column for fitness, installed new membrane over wood column, then installed new, color-matched aluminum flashing over wood column and sealed the top and bottom.

+ -1 moreCSL was recommended to us to complete a project to construct a portico over our front porch after another contractor had walked off the uncompleted job. Scott Lombardi and his workman did an excellent job planing the remaining work, correcting some of the earlier work and completing the construction on time and as promised. His price was fair, the work was high quality, and he was a pleasure to work with.
