They were excellent and very professional. They did a neat job. I was very happy. We have got hardwood floor. We have hardwood floors and they didn't clean the hardwood floors. I believe though they do some cleaning, let alone the couches. They did say they would do the couches, but for this service it just had to be carpet cleaning that was the part of the warranty service from Home Depot. By the way, I don't think they are doing it anymore as Home Depot does not have warranty service anymore.

They did a good job for us. They were very efficient workers. The treatments they did to our carpeting was effective. I am happy to report they are a reliable service. They also have numerous locations from what we understand in this greater area so it makes them a very accessible company. We like this about them.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY HAD TO MOVE THE FURNITURE AROUND AND THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH IT. I DO THINK THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT NOT BAD. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE, WHICH I APPRECIATED.
