They proved to be the most knowledgeable people with whom we spoke, accurately assessed our needs, and priced the work reasonably. Marko and team were great! We were selling my in-law's home via the estate. No surprise the 90 year old home had some lingering asbestos covered pipes and some mold in the basement. Proposal covered everything, they came and did a great job.

We used Checkmark to remove some asbestos lining on pipes before we had a new heating system installed. Marko and his crew were great. They squeezed us in knowing that we were without heat and this project was time sensitive. He and his men were polite, professional and very thorough. And they were very neat, too!! Marko made sure to get me the documentation I needed ASAP, just as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Truly a great company and an extremely nice guy.

Marko and his team were professional, courteous, friendly and did fantastic work. They scheduled us quickly, did the work while we were on vacation and sent text and photo updates each day. The room looked fantastic when we got home. It was more like working with a longtime friend than it was some anonymous contractor. Marko explained exactly what would happen, what he thought we needed to do and what we didn't, and even advised us on how to work with insurance. Finding asbestos in your home is never pleasurable, but Marko and Checkmark made our removal process effortless and reassuring. We can't recommend them enough. If you need this type of work done and are reading this review, stop looking for a contractor right now and call Checkmark. 5 stars without a doubt.

This is one of the most respectful and kind bunch of contractors I ever worked with. They were so patient and understanding with my elderly mother. They explained the process in great depth to make sure we understood how they would do the work. We are very grateful that they were able to resolve our issues in a quick turn a round time. I would recommended this company to anyone.
