Had a leak in our basement, thought it was from septic. Called Decker at 7:00 am, they were out by 8:00 to check it. Turns out was not septic issue but plumbing but they cleaned and serviced septic. Very professional and prompt

We were scheduled for a routine septic tank cleaning. About two months ago, I lost my engagement ring. My now-husband and I suspected that it had been flushed down the toilet. I asked David, if there was anything he could do. He went out of his way to help me. David needed a hose, but ours was recently cut. He left to get one and came back quickly. David worked for a good hour carefully cleaning the septic tank and searching for my ring. And he found it! David worked so hard and was so kind and understanding. I couldn't be more grateful! We will definitely recommend Decker Septic to our friends and neighbors. Very impressed. Great work ethic.
