We chose Amiano & Son for a complete remodeling of our home. The "one stop shopping" model suited us perfectly. That was the best decision we could have made! My husband and I are thrilled with our choice of Amiano & Son, Design-Build for our home renovation project. Our home, built in 1992, needed significant updating in both the kitchen/dining room and in the master bath. Additionally, we wanted to improve one preexisting exterior shower, add a second outdoor shower to our home and design and build a shed attached to our home for water sports equipment. We had 7 skylights replaced and refinished our hardwood floors. From the beginning, we knew Amiano was the company for us. Amiano & Son has a delineated, multi-step process through which they work. The process is organized, helps the client to work through design and finances, and allows for changes and reflection. Their process, along with support from Amiano employees, enabled us to fully understand the scope of our project. The process also ensures that the client is an active participant and decision maker from the initial to final stages of construction. From the introductory phone call, to in home consultations, design and planning meetings to the completion of construction, we were supported, heard, and included in any and all decisions. All information related to our project was transparent. There were no surprises regarding design, finances or quality of work. Amiano even has a communication plan complete with employee names, job descriptions, and contact information so that as a client, you understand which Amiano team member may help you with different questions during your project. Speaking of the Amiano team, they are absolutely top tier. They have high expectations of their work and hold true to their values of providing excellence. Joe was integral in helping us to determine a timeline and in setting a start date. He guided us through and helped us to understand our project. Keith assisted at a critical design moment helping us to retain our dream of an outdoor shed that would work within our budget. He was incredibly supportive with final quality control checks to ensure the project was completed to both Amiano’s and our standards. We can not speak highly enough of our project manager, Damian. Damian’s ability to manage the daily aspects of construction with multiple projects and employees under his watchful eye is nothing short of masterful. He is epitome of professionalism and excellence. Damian maintained constant and consistent contact with us while we were off site. His knowledge and experience is palpable. Using these skills, coupled with his humor and work ethic, Damian guided us through dust and decision making and was our true north when we were off site. We completely trust his judgement were incredibly lucky that he was on our team. Bri is a creative and supportive designer who assisted with everything from flow to color combinations. We were so thankful to have Matthew on site each day as well. Matthew’s friendly and positive attitude and his eagerness to help in any way possible was a bright light amid the daily interruptions of construction. Amiano completed our project one month early, a true gift as our completion date coincided with us moving into our fully renovated home without having to live through construction. Damian continues to reach out to us 3 months after our completion date ensuring that we have no loose ends. Each of these Amiano members were invaluable in our project. We hired Amiano & Sons to re-do our bathrooms and repaint the entire inside of our home. Sophia was the designer who helped us pick out everything right from their own design room on LBI. We didn't have to travel around to different stores shopping for everything which was a pleasure. She also helped with picking the color for each room. The project coordinator, Damian, made sure everything was done perfectly by the different contractors and on time. This was by far the most professional and satisfying contracting job we have ever experienced. We highly recommend them.

We are so delighted we chose Amiano to remodel our kitchen and dining room. The planning process, construction phase, and fine tuning portion of the project were flawless, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Joe and Sophia were detailed and thorough, and brought a great vision and idea's we never would have thought of. This project would not have been a success if it wasn't for Damian and his quest for perfection. He was professional, explained every aspect of the project in detail, and worked tirelessly to ensure we were overjoyed with the outcome.
