Dealing wit Bill was a pleasure and his workers did the job excellantly. Aside from supply and weather delays the job was completed in 1 day and we were very pleased with the clean up. We plan to enjoy our new roof for many years to come.

We waited for a while to have work done because weather was cold and not the best time to do the job. Signed contract at the end of January but roof was not done until May. All work was done in one day by 5 installers. work looks great. Job was done cleanly and neatly. They gave us a good price compared to other estimates. We did have to pay a little more for the roof vents because they could not be saved. Also had to pay a little more to have the cupula installed since it was more involved then anticipated. Over all about $200. more at the end but their price was still a very good one. We would use them again.

To begin with the company sent someone to look at the job when I was not home. Secondly, they just left an estimate in the mailbox. The entire write up was unclear and actually said nothing about what materials or type of materials they were talking about. After several phone calls asking them to please call to confirm the job and to finalize the project they returned not one of my phone calls. Can you imagine if I did use them and I needed them to fix something? My wife and I both agree that we do not want to deal with this type of worker.

The gentleman from Z and Z Roofing arrived at the time he said he would be arrive. Our roof suffered damage during the Irene storm and even though Z and Z was very busy they made the time to come to our house and put a patch on the problem spot in a heavy rain storm which happened before we were scheduled to have the entire roof replaced.. They were very friendly and knowledgable.
They showed up on time and they worked all day and completed replacing the old roof but it was too dark for them to clean everything up so they returned the next morning
They cleaned up of the nails very quickly with some magnetic machine. We would definitely recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.
The roof looks great! Not even a single shingle blew off during the very high winds during Hurricane Sandy.

Everything went very well and I was very pleased with the end result.
