I hired this company for re-opening my sprinklers and the guy made us change almost 3 or 4 heads and service another few. We ended up with more than $550 in service and parts. Just about a month later, we found an area near one of the sprinkler heads in the backyard causing a bit of a puddle (seemed like a leaky pipe) and we called this company. The lady on the phone agreed to handle this as part of warranty since we had just gotten a big job done and it was just around a month old, the guy who came said it is not covered in warranty and even without looking at the details, he just he will need to change the head and it will probably cost another 150 at a min but could be more. I sent him back and tried to find the source of the leak. It was not the head - it is working completely fine. It is somewhere near the pipe nearby. I do not like the idea that they exploited the situation earlier and within a month, they were trying to exploit it again. Not recommended at all.

Winterizing my sprinkler system: it took them a month to get in touch with me after the site contacted them, i personally contacted them and left number for a return call. When they did get in touch with me it was an additional 2 weeks until they could get here which now is pushing this project into December and its snowing. When they did arrive the gentleman that came was a good worker, took care of my sprinkler needs. He is the only reason i gave them 3 stars instead of .5

Just wanted to reach out to let you know that Pacific only received your information from Homeadvisor on 11/18 and we reached out by phone and by email that morning around 10am. As for your appointment being scheduled two weeks out, with the cold snap and the Thanksgiving holiday this may have been the first appointment that was offered but please know we always do our best to accommodate clients requests. I will be contacting HomeAdvisor and perhaps you should as well, to find out why if you did in fact request the service in October, as the lead was not sent over to us As you can see below this was the date/time we received your request. I have also attached the original copy of the email for your review. As I?m sure you can understand a negative review for things outside of our control is damaging to our reputation. I am wondering if you would be willing to amend your review seeing as how we did not wait a month to contact you but instead called and emailed you within 20 minutes of receiving your information. Thank you for taking a moment to consider our side of the interaction and we are hoping that we can work together again in the future under better circumstances. Happy Holidays."
