Lidian will bring one and sometimes two helpers along to clean my home. They dust, clean all the bathrooms, wash all the floors, change the sheets on the beds, clean the microwave, toaster oven, counter top, stove top and kitchen sink. They collect all the trash and place it in the garbage can in the garage. If I request something to be done that was overlooked they immediately take care of it. Their price is in line with other companies that provide similar service. I have recommended them to friends and business associates. I highly recommend the Machado's

I was unhappy with their service. They did not do what they promised. The thing that they were supposed to do they did not do. When I asked them about it they say that they will take care of it but I have to do it by myself. So I could not pay them to do and I end up doing it myself. I would not recommend them.

"There must be a mistake last time I clean their house was first week of March 2014. I cleaned their house for a year and for personal reasons they couldn't have us there anymore. Our price was 125, they loved our job and we had good relationship. I already contacted the client to solve this and we really don't deserve this negative review."

They are a husband and wife team. You could see this was his profession and he takes pride in it. They were not able to help me, but they will check back with me when they have an opening. They have even called once to see if they could schedule, but I was unavailable. He is a man of his word and has great integrity. They were extremely professional and overall very nice people.

Luiz and Lidiane are a husband and wife team, not some large service. You'll know who you are letting into your house. They arrived on time to provide the estimate. The estimate was for an initial cleaning, thereafter a biweekly cleaning. The estimate for the initial cleaning was very fair considering the work that was needed. The price for the biweekly visits was a bit higher than I was expecting, but for the short term, I need the services performed. In a few months I will have to reevaluate.
So far they have completed the initial cleaning. They did a spectacular job! I had been falling further and further behind on housekeeping tasks and a medical issue in the family put me over the edge where it was time to admit I needed some help. They spent the entire day going through the house doing everything we discussed and more! I was impressed and relieved that the house was finally clean and presentable. There is still more work to be done, but it's not the sort of thing they can do. I have to do it (organize!). Anyway, it gives me great relief to know they will be coming every other week. That just leaves me to do some touch up vacuuming every couple days (dog that sheds) to keep the house clean. If you're in need of housekeeping services, I would recommend them based on this initial visit.

We had a home project completed right before Thanksgiving. The mess didn't stay confined to just the project area and there was an overwhelming amount of sheet rock dust throughout certain areas of our home. We were hosting Thanksgiving dinner at the house and due to having a broken bone I was in a panic wondering what to do. I've never used a cleaner or service before but I was desperate. I called Luiz and Lidiane. They came, gave me an estimate and a date that they could come clean up the mess. Due to circumstances beyond their control they were going to be an hour later that day and called to let me know. They can, cleaned up the mess, and were so professional, yet comfortable, that I asked them to come back and do my Christmas cleaning. I would strongly recommend Luiz and Lidiane and call them in the future to clean my home.

It went great! I was so glad I hired them to clean my home prior to use moving in and I trusted them as soon as we met.
They were on time and friendly. They even went the extra mile to sweep some rooms in the basement which had not been included in the price. They spent their time and did a very good cleaning.
My price listed above included cleaning supplies, which I kept. They picked them up for my since I was too busy and they knew exactly what they needed. They don't normally clean on Fridays but moved their schedule around so that I could have the house cleaned the day before I moved in.
Since this was a deep clean of an empty house, the price was higher than if it was a normal cleaning. They estimated ( depending on the furnatire ) it would be between $80-130 for my size home once the furniture is in place.
You can tell they take price in what they do, it is just Luiz and his wife who do the cleanings so you don't have to worry about different people cleaning you house each week.

I was unsure if the business would travel from South River to my house. I was pleasantly surprised that they would. After having a few awful experiences with cleaning services, i was very apprehensive to try this all over again. We were able to determine a time to meet ay my house so they could give me an estimate. We were a little off on the price, but came to a compromise. The initial clean was double what the bi-weekly cost is. I have had this service for a little over a month now. So far, I have no complaints. They are a very nice couple and very easy to contact. They seem trustworthy. As far as the cleaning goes, you have to supply all your supplies, and the job is thorough. My ceiling fans are finally clean! I have pets, and the hair can get a little unruly. I think they do a fine job,

Luis and Litiane did a great job in cleaning our condo. They came to our condo to give us an estimate and arranged a day and time to do the initial cleaning. They were professional, trustworthy, courteous and punctual. The condo needed attention as it had not been professionally cleaned for quite a few months. They were attentive to our needs, products to be used and were open to any suggestions. We would highly recommend them for any of your housekeeping needs.

I have my home cleaned every 2 weeks by Land L Cleaning Services. They are efficient, easy to work with, easy to communicate with and responsive to requests. Overall, I am very happy with their services and love coming home to a clean house every time they are here!
