JOE THE CABINET MAKER

We had used Joe previously when renovating our master bathroom and had been very pleased with the result. On this occasion, however, we were disappointed. He seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly (to meet his schedule) rather than getting it done right. Most serious problem was that he directed us to a granite provider that tried a "bait and switch" on us and finally left us with a flawed piece of granite. In negotiations with the granite company, he failed to act as our advocate, leaving us to battle them on our own. In summary his own carpentry work was excellent, But, as a general contractor he failed to adequately supervise and coordinate the work of his subcontractors and recommended suppliers.

He is wonderful and I would higher him again any time I need any thing else done. He is just terrific and does great work.

He was very accommodating. He never argued with me (I'm very fussy). He went the extra mile over and over again.

I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN. HE HAS VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY OF WORK. IT WAS A CONSTANT BATTLE TO GET HIM TO FULFILL HIS CONTRACT. HE WAS VERY MESSY WITH HIS WORK. OVER ALL I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH HIS WORK.
