"This customer left a book of a report along with an A rating in every category. Not untill it was time to pay a bill was there any issues. All I can say is "thank you" too the family member of this customer / prior customer themselves for stepping up and doing the right thing. We have lots of references with great referrals along with great before/after pics on display online for viewing but we cannot control someone who's taste exceeded their funds."
