Delsyn is the owner. He is interesting and has done a lot of work for me around the house. He has been in the business for a number of years. I call him and he comes. He is an artists and is really good. He charges a third of what other people are charging. We have him do one job a year. It is high quality work and it looks pretty. He is the least expensive and highly qualified mason that I have run across. I will be using him again next year. He took out railroad ties that were four high. It was 30 feet long and goes around the back of the house and then back towards the house. He gave me a price and I told him to do it the way he would if it were his house. My neighbors have been using him. He made three new contacts just working on my house.

They do concrete work and that kind of stuff. They do patios, pavers, sidewalks, driveways, concrete block, cement repairs, paving walls and that kind of thing. He is a class guy. I had gotten a quote from another company that was much more expensive. His price and quality of work was extraordinary. This year I had them replace more railroad ties. He is living by his quote even though it is more work than he anticipated. Next year he will replace more railroad tiles. He is a licensed contractor and is described as a mason artist. The quality of his work is extraordinary.
