Everything is all jobs done for either the business building or our home was done efficiently.

Very well except for a few install issues common to older homes. There was a small gas leak in the furnace install that was taken care of immediately.

The team at Alpine came out to survey the work needed and walked me through a comprehensive review of options and optimal equipment for our house size and existing duct work. They clearly explained financing options, extended service warranties, rebates offered from utility companies and the manufacturers. Their quote was literally half the price of large, well known company we had just gotten a quote from. They explained the difference in price and how the other company was selling in work with in their opinion, was not required. When we moved forward with the work, it was scheduled within a week and completed over 2 days. The team left zero mess, and gave a point by point walk through on everything they had done and how it was an improvement from the previous units and installing. I would highly recommend Alpine to anyone looking to use any of the services they provide.

Alpine was great to work with. They were responsive, proffessional and were very patient with all my questions. They came in early June to review the work required and provided an estimate. Art provided the estimate and I appreciated that he presented multiple options and was never pushy or tried to sell me on anything specific. He did a great job of explaining key details and provided good information that I was able to review on my own to help me make a selection. Part of the installation required work in a hot attic space, so the Alpine office team kept a routine check of the weather and was excellent at proactively identifying target dates to get the work done. Due to changing weather conditions we had to reschedule a few times, but Alpine was excellent at keeping in constant communication with me. On the day of installation they were right on time, came with a full crew and were very efficient in executing the work. I am very satisfied with their work and will happily recommend them.

Still the best. I used them in 2014 for an AC unit and just installed another one with them ( we have two units). They got to me within one day for an estimate and the unit was installed the next day! One company I called from Angie's list would have taken three days just to get an estimate. I have worked with Alpine for many years and they are very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The Alpine representative diagnosed the problem as a coolant leak. He refilled the coolant but said the problem would probably recur. If it is a slow leak we can live with it, but it could be difficult (and expensive) to find the leak and repair it. He did not try to pressure us into undertaking a more aggressive approach.

This service could not have been a better experience. We arranged it on Angie's List through the chat function directly with Alpine. I was able to have all my questions answered and a price quote that did not change a penny. We replaced our 50 gallon water heater and were walked through two choices for replacement, paying a discounted price from Angie's List of $1,095 (permit costs extra and cost is set by town you live in, but they file for it on your behalf and they call you when it's ready, after installation, so you can arrange for inspection). We now have a new Bradford White Model RG250T6N. We found other 50 gallon tank quotes between $1175 to $1500, so we save a few bucks for sure. Equally if not more important was the service. The technicians (2) showed up exactly as promised, were VERY professional, explaining everything they would do. They treated my house like their own, keeping it clean. The wrapped up the old water heater to not cause a mess removing up the stairs. They were done in about an hour (if that) with a clean job site. I was walked through operations of the new tank, where I feel totally comfortable with it. I was given time to ask any question. They are busy, but you would think you're the only customer. The tech walked through the warranty and what to do if I should have any problem. They left my driveway without a think left in the driveway. Total pros. I told them as they left, I hope I don't need you guys again (meaning something broke) but if something else breaks you will be the first I call. Very professional experience in all phases from contact to schedule through installation with a very competitive prices.

The replacement was performed professionally. The quality of work was excellent. Based on the positive experience, I got additional work (sump pump replacement, fire place repairs) done from Alpine. I have been recommending Alpine to my friends.

Troy arrived to tune up my air conditioner for the summer. He very efficiently completed the tune-up. He suspected a leak as my refrigerant was down about a pound. He added refrigerant at no cost and stated that he felt nothing else should be done right now. Rather he wanted to wait and reassess it in another six months. I thought he was pretty straightforward, and that's what you want when interacting with a service technician. All went well. I was very happy with this service.

Very professional group to work with. Explained our different options clearly and answered all questions. Work was done exceptionally well. Team worked efficiently and kept areas very clean. Their office manager is assisting us with processing all the energy rebates.

Installed a new water heater. This was not for me, but for my father in law. They did charge extra for work others were charging for and the installers were excellent!

We emailed and called for a service and the company came out the very next morning -right on time. The man diagnosed the simple reason and fixed it quickly. He was in and out within one hour and we were only charged the "minimum" service call fee, which was fair and reasonable. We were very happy not to have been taken advantage of. We saved their phone number for possible future work.

My experience with Alpine went extremely well, The workers were professional and worked very quickly. They caused no mess in the house and offered a very cheap price for the work that was done.

Alpine came to do a bi-annual service contract visit for the Fall to service our furnace and change the filter as well as service our whole house humidifier and change the media pad as well as do a check up on our generator. Alpine is always so responsive and works around our schedule to come to do their service work twice a year. When we have had an issue, a very rare occasion, they give us priority service and get us up and running again. They also are willing to try to walk us through a fix over the phone so that we do not have to be inconvenienced with a service call as well. We have not been disappointed in going with Alpine when we needed a new furnace and decided to get a generator as well. Luckily for us, they were right there with us at the last minute before Super Storm Sandy came barreling through NY/NJ to get our generator set up and running. We are forever grateful to them and their dedicated employees. We have been so completely satisfied with their service since then and have recommended them to everyone we know. Our friendly technician, Brian, is always prompt and courteous and makes sure everything is left spotless. We will continue to go to Alpine for all our heating/cooling and other home comfort needs.
