The technician advised that the problem was due to the condenser coil being clogged over the years, rather than lack of refrigerant or leakage. He cleaned the coils, and the unit seems to be working. That said, my evaluation is still in progress, and I won't know for sure till I see my next electric bill. The technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.

The experience initially was ok. This is the second time we were using this company. The pricing was ok actually more than another quote we received from a competitor. Bur since the first time went well we decided to go with them again. However after the installation was completed they insisted on taking a check vs credit card.. We paid through check and then called the company to discuss the reason, the owner came on line and spoke very unprofessionally and rudely including telling me that no one will ever take credit card for these types of services.. he forgot that we have done a few times in the past.. The reasoning given was he has to shell out 3% as processing fees.. Ok understandable.. but then tell us that... vs talking rudely and unprofessionally. He just basically sounded like he doesn't care for the customer after the work is done and he got paid.. I would not recommend this company ever to any one if your interest is to get a good customer experience through out.. Installing AC with standard brand name equipment - plenty of installers are available , but look for an end to end good customer experience.. This was not good at all..

We have been in business for 47 years thanks to our expertise in service and installation of air conditioners, furnaces, generators and hot water heaters. We pride ourselves in being competitive with pricing and do not try to up-sell on an installation or add to additional repairs or upgrades when we do service. Also, excellent customer service and experience. Our contract clearly states that we only accept credit cards for deposits up to a certain limit. It is standard practice across ours and many industries, as fees make it harder to run a business, purchase inventory and pass savings along to our customers. We should have had a conversation and set expectations prior to acceptance, but you did not raise any issues. I am sorry if you found the owner's conversation rude. Our proposal terms were clearly stated prior to the excellent job that was done. These marks should be reserved for HVAC reviews and experiences, not your frustration about not collecting credit card miles on a job well done. However, no customer should feel disregarded or dissatisfied and for that we apologize. We will be here to support the work. Thank you."

I hired them to fix 2 leaky radiators guy came over the 1st time and said he fixed the problem. My radiators were still leaking and in the intrem I received a bill for over $400. I called them up to advise radiators were still leaking. Second time, the guy assured it was fixed. I paid them. Then I noticed my bedroom radiator was still leaking and of course at this point im extreamly frustrated. Third time, they sent out another guy. I received yet another bill for a hundred some odd dollars for work that should have been done the first or even second time?? Of course I called Alpine to dispute the bill. The owner got on the phone OMG!! How rude was this man to me!! From the beginning of the conversation talking over me telling me he's not going to get into a yelling match when all along he was the one raising his voice. What ever happened to customers are always right?? Really?? For $100?? Wow this man was the worse!! So nasty with his way of talking. I asked him if he was going to let me talk he said yes only to then tell me if I didn't want to pay then not to and that he didn't need my business and hung up on me. Good luck to whom ever hires them! Customer service ladies that work there are very nice, good luck to them having to work with a money hungry nasty talking peice of work for lack of a better term.

Excellently. I arranged for estimates from two respected HVAC companies and selected Alpine, who installed our previous HVAC system 24 years ago. They did an outstanding job installing a Lennox SLP98V ultra-efficient furnace, SL18XC1 air conditioner, iComfort thermostat, and HC11 media filter. The installers arrived on time and completed the changeout in a day-and-a-half. This included adding a furnace air intake through a concrete basement wall, modifying the supply and return plenums, and re-installing our humidifier. They cleaned up everything. The new system is quiet, wi-fi enabled, and alerts Alpine (and me) if there are problems. It even provides operating logs (if you're so inclined.)

I am extremely pleased with the air conditioning system Alpine installed at my home on June 29, 2018. Ken was courteous and knowledgeable in his advice regarding the air conditioning system he recommended. Art submitted a timely, detailed proposal which was approximately $2,000 cheaper than his direct competitor, who did not submit a thorough proposal. Ken and the crew were punctual, efficient and respectful of my home and property. I highly recommend Alpine for installation of air conditioning!

The job went very well. I had a Frigidaire AC coil that was leaking and had to be replaced. The part was still under warranty so I emailed Robin the warranty documentation. She got in touch with the company, ordered the part and within 2 business days, Ken came over to install it. I can't believe how quickly they resolved the issue which I spent more time worrying prior. I think their price was reasonable.

Replacement well well. They were able to let me know that I had to replace my valves. I was just a bit surprised that although they are licensed plumbers they do not replace valves.

"Alpine is a full service company, we have a complete sheet metal fabrication shop including a 100 ton 12 foot power brake, we have facilities to do major piping jobs and all types of HVAC work including clean rooms , building dehumification, ventilation systems, duct work, and specialty items. We have limited our plumbing work to heating, hot water and process piping. At this time we have not considered expanding into other areas and prefer to stick with what our staff has been trained in and does best."

We only have preventative basic-combo coverage and whole system is working great. The staff was friendly and informative. A little slow getting back to me, but not bad. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the work was not up to code, so they had re-do it, which was inconvenient, but they soon fixed it and free of charge. Overall, a very good job.

Our AC condenser trap started leaking and I called Alpine to repair it. We had a service contract for the furnace and and did not have a specific one for the AC. The service technician showed up on time and fixed the leak by replacing the faulty pipe. He did a great job and explained to us what he was doing. Excellent service and will renew my furnace contract for the upcoming season !

The AC & Furnace servicing was performed very professionally. Replacement filter was to be ordered from Lennox which took some time. When I received the replacement filter kit, I broke the bulb / tube by accident. Alpine replaced it promptly at no cost to my surprise. Our furnace was installed in May 2016 with good quality. We are very happy with Alpine.
