Poorly.  Tech people are like plumbers.  When we need their help we are dependent on them. This man showed no concern and lacked the professionalism consumers need.

Jill Pavel of Yes Marketing and Media Solutions, and her assistant Jenn Nixon, have been a wonderful find! They both get back to me promptly, they understand exactly what I want when I talk to them, they take care of the matter expertly and they communicate precisely and clearly about what they've done. I'm never left wondering if they "got it" or if they are actually doing the work for which I'm paying them. I also never worry that they are "tweeting" something in my name that doesn't accurately represent me or which  might embarrass me. They are just terrific, and after a few bad experiences in the past with social media/Internet marketing people, I feel very lucky to have found them. On top of which, they are genuinely lovely to interact with - warm and responsive. I feel that I very much get my money's worth and more. 
   I'm sure that what they do for me is just a small part of the services they offer, and while I can't speak to their other capabilities, I can say I would try them simply because of how great they are to deal with.
