We were so impressed with Andrea Lacerda and her team from the first meeting. We were planning to put our house on the market in the Spring and contacted her in November to do a market analysis of our property and get an idea of her strategy. She assessed our home at a reasonable price and made some great recommendations as to timing, updates, and a marketing plan. We followed through on her ideas and recommendations and listed our home with the Lacreda Team in February. Their aggressive marketing plan resulted in over 25 showings and 3 solid full-price offers in 3 days!
