Temple, Ernie 's School of Karate

I had wanted to improve my overall fitness level and I had always been curious about martial arts. I was in my mid-thirties when I met a women who was a brown belt in karate from Ernie Temple's school. Her experience with the school convinced me I should try it. When I first visited the karate school, the head instructor interviewed me to determine my fitness goals he explained the general nature of the school and its emphasis on improving balance and coordination as well as self defense. He also explained that it was a pay as you go program with no long term commitments. The school is reasonably priced at $1,200 per year for new students. I was given an introductory lesson before I even signed up. The instructors and students in the school are positive and helpful. It has been a great experience for me and fitness goals continue to be maintained.
