I was not happy with them.  My insurance company directed me to this shop because they were nearby, but I had never used them before.  They said it would take one week but it took two weeks.  I don’t consider that an issue because of parts coming in and stuff.  They have a rental car place right there which is really convenient.  They were very polite and friendly, and it is a very busy place so they have a lot of cars that they are working on.  They called me when it was done, but it wasn’t really done.  When I drove the car I noticed that it was out of alignment so I had to take it back.  Then, there the tire monitor light was lit on my dashboard and they said it would go away after I drove ten miles.  Eventually I went to the Chevy dealership to have it taken care of for $60.  It seemed like the turnover was rapid and they didn’t do a good job of test driving to make sure that everything was fine and the car was road worthy.  When you spend that much money, you expect it to be ready cosmetically and mechanically.  They had about 15 cars on the board so I think they are just pumping them out.  They sent a customer away with a dash light lit which certainly doesn’t seem acceptable.  I think the price was comparable to the other auto body shops in the area.  They explained everything and I had no problem with that.  The car looked fine, but I don't think I should have had to come back.  I had to call them to see if my car was done the second time it was in and I really think they should have been more on top of it to remedy my experience.  I would have thrown in a little something extra as an apology like a tank of gas or a coupon for a free detailing or something.
