"Thank you for your review, We highly appreciate you taking your time!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], Sorry to hear you were displeased with the second half of the project. I told you we could remove the ivy from your yard (which we did) and that even if we removed the ivy you would still have it growing on your yard because the pachysandra grows from the roots and your neighbor has them growing on her side. I also recommended installing fabric and stones to cover that side, to help reduce the ivy growth but you rejected that offer which is fine, but the ivy will grow again. Sorry for the miss communication, I would have offered you rotary tilling if you wanted the bare soil. And even then in a year or two the roots from your neighbors yard would creep back in. Again my recommendation is talking to your neighbor so you both remove the ivy at the same time or you have to install something over the ground to cover the soil so the pachysandra doesn’t have a place to grow or just keep applying plant killer to that side of your yard. Kind regards, -Alex Barahona Project Manager Re-Imagine Landscape"
