OFFICE WAS VERY EFFICIENT KEEP UPDATED THROUGH EMAIL. WHEN NEEDED DIRECT CONTACT ALWAYS CONTACT WITH A PHONE CALL IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT FASHION. ALEX AND ELIZABETH WERE MY CONTACTS.
THE REMOVAL OF THE TANK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ARRIVED ON TIME AND DONE WITHIN 2 1/2 TO 3 HRS. THE ONLY MISHAP WAS THE SAW WAS DAMAGED CUTTING UP THE OIL TANK. WITHIN 40 TO 45 MINS A NEW SAW ARRIVED AT MY RESIDENCE AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. MARUIN AND NICK REMOVED THE TANK.
ONCE A COPY OF PASSED FINAL INSPECTION WAS FAXED TO THE OFFICE ALL FINAL PAPERWORK WAS MAILED TO ME TO MY HOME WITHIN THE PROMISED TIME FRAME. THE OIL TANK WAS REMOVED FROM MY PREMISES 1 DAY AFTER INSPECTION WAS CONFIRMED.
