 + -1 moreThis was a bad experience. I needed a survey and engineering drawings to replace a failing retaining wall. I contracted for the work with MFS. After paying the initial payment, the survey was promptly completed by a sub-contractor. At that point I was told that to complete the work it would require additional money, doubling the cost! I paid off the survey line item and terminated the remainder of the contract.
