After calling at least three times, we finally spoke with Ms. [removed member name] and tried to schedule the appointment but she refused to accept our scheduling arrangement."
What we realy liked was when they got the drainage cleared in the sink, they relized that if they didn't clean the pipes in the basement that go out to the street, we eventually would have the same problem. So, what probably should have taken an hour at the most took from 10am to approximately 3pm. They would not leave until they were satified. And they did not up their fee.,
We highly recommend them for there punctuality and professionalism; and they were nice guys too. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
our tank seemed to indicate that an empty tank should not occur, as they are apparently supposed to fail full, not empty (and the tank should automatically refill any time you run a faucet in the house). They recommended we contact the manufacturer to make sure this wasn't a normal and/or easily resolved issue, and failing that promised to get us an estimate to replace the tank. They were professional and courteous, and they didn't charge us a dime for the visit, which was amazing. I will definitely give them business when we have trouble in the future.
Greenleaf did a great job of fixing an emergency situation we had with both our plumbing and heating. As soon as I called him he was very responsive, told me certain precautions to take while he was on his way, and got there quickly. As soon as he arrived he did a thorough check on everything effected by a pipe that burst, gave us a few options on the best way to fix this issue going forward and quickly repaired the pipe and added insulation to prevent future issues. He then took a look at a heating issue that we had, which was ongoing for over a year, and was able to fix it quickly (when no other company could figure it out). This is who you should hire if you need an honest and reliable company. We will be using him for many years to come as it is very hard to find companies that don't try to take advantage or exaggerate their charges when it comes to these situations. Great guy great company.
