Inaccurate estimate - gave quote for 4 stumps instead of 5. I called and left several messages to explain that his quote did not include all the stumps I wanted removed - and I told him I wanted to be home when he did work so I could make sure all work was done even if his quote would increase. No return calls, he just showed up when I wasn't home, performed messy work, and left bill in mailbox. I paid within 2 days of work and mailed the payment with a letter asking for him to contact me about the fact that he missed a stump. He cashed check but no return calls contact from this contractor. I'll never understand why some people decide to go into the and quot;serviceand quot; industry if they can not communicate; and such poor business practice.

I had used this company a few years back when they were under different ownership and they did an excellent job. When I saw it was new ownership, I was nervous to try them as sometimes you don't always get the same quality. However, after receiving several estimates, I decided to go with them again. Once again, the price and service were excellent. They came exactly on-time and worked throughout the entire day to remove the tree from our structure and property. They did take a lunch break but a very short one and got right back to work. The job took approximately 10 hours (large tree, significant structural damage) and they did not leave until it was finished and cleaned up. Would highlighly recommend them to anyone!

I have used his services twice for tree removal. Everything was excellent. The pricing was excellent. I would use his services again in the future.
