It was very good. They were professional. They got the job done and those pieces are still working very well.

Repair person showed up on time. He repaired two antique wooden hutches and a bathroom vanity. Finnish and stain matched. He was clean, respectful, polite and accommodating to our needs.

I have 6 very old wood dining room chairs that includes a Captain's chair. I have only been able to use two of them and one of those was iffy. The chairs were becoming unglued and coming apart and very dangerous to sit on for both the chair as well as the person so they haven't been used in many years.,
I called Furniture Medic for an appointment and took 3 chairs at time. The first 3 were completed in about two weeks and the last 3 were completed in a week.
The work performed was excellent. The chairs are very well glued and extremely sturdy. I have no concerns in using them now and having guests sit on them..
The owner, Mr. Stogoski, his receptionist, Audrey, and the other employees were very friendly and professional and certainly knowledgeable about their business. I would and probably will use there furniture services again.
I will not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone who needs any furniture repair.

Very clear phone directions to shop.  Clean facility.  Estimate provided within two hours.  Repair finished within two days.  Perfect job; no visual evidence of repair marks.

They replaced weaker wood with new stronger plywood frames. It went fine. They did the job in days, very prompt & reliable. Only qualification: they encouraged us to remove & bring in only the chair seats so when done I had to drill new holes to reattach the seats myself.  No work done on leather seat covering material either. Still they fixed the main problem efficiently & effectively.

My initial messages asking to schedule an estimate were never answered.  Once I got through to David, he showed at the time promised.  I needed four chairs repaired.  Two were desk chairs that just needed to be reglued.  They don't do work in your home, and the minimum charge for each chair was less than I could buy a new one for, so I did not have that work done.  The repair on my living room chair would require uphoistery work, and Furniture Medic does not do that.  David did refer me to another provider for that chair, and even took pictures and emailed them so I could get a quote for the work on the phone .  The fourth chair was part of a dining room set.  They did a good job on that repair.  It was completed on the date promised and delivery was prompt and as scheduled.  I only live two miles from their shop, but the charge to pick up and deliver was the same as if I was fifty miles away.  You will save maybe 50% on a low cost repair if you can drop off and pick up yourself.  I could tell they love woodworking and take great pride in their work.  If you have fine furniture needing repair, I'd recommend them.  For less expensive furniture, try fixing yourself or look for another provider.

I dropped off a set of bed rails to Furniture Medic for repair.  Each rail was split almost in half and and some of the pieces were missing so  I was fairly sure that they would not be able to repair it.  I told them that if they could not repair it they, I would appreciate it if they could replicate the parts.  In just a few days they were able to create two parts that were almost identical to the original parts.  The parts were perfect.  They matched the color and finish very closely and were stronger than the original parts.  The price was slightly higher than I expected, but given the results, I'm very satisfied.

I selected this business because it had a good rating on Angies's List and it was close to my home.  I brought the two dining room arm chairs to the store and the man who would do the repairs came out, looked at the chairs to decide how he would fix them, and then gave me an estimate of the cost. 
I was called when they  were ready and store employees loaded the chairs in my car.  The repairs are nott noticeable unless you look hard.  I am very pleased.
Everyone was pleasant and professional.  I'd do business with them again.

Scheduling was the most difficult part, but overall the service provided was great. The dining room table tob was severely damaged in a move and the technician repaired it so that the damage is barely noticeable. (Which I was not sure was even possible!)

We had noticed a smell in our family room but thought it was the very small fish tank in the room that needed cleaning. We left our home for a few days due to Hurricane Sandy and we came home we noticed white mold on the towel underneath the fish tank. Upon removing the towel, we saw dark marks on the wood table and that the smell was worse. I looked at Angie's List and found Furniture Medic. The company had very good reviews and happened to be in the town where my husband works. He dropped the table off the second week in November and asked if it could be fixed by November 30. It was actually ready November 21. My husband picked it up and emailed me pictures because he thought I might not be pleased. But the pictures didn't do the work justice. I am the only one who would ever know that it doesn't look exactly the same as before the damage, and it looks great. The owner was very professional and was able to save a table I really liked. While the cost seemed a little expensive, I could not replace the piece for what I paid him and would not hesitate to use him again.

I dropped off the chair at their place and they are very professional, responsive and were done in no time. I would go to them again.

They did a great job, it was faboulous.

The work was done by one worker named Eric. He was so calm and meticulous that I was happy to have him in my home. Dave the owner was who I first met  was the reason I picked this company. The work was done as promised the improvement is enormous and I couldn't be happier. It was started on a Monday and finished by Wednesday. Very neat and hauled everything away. You can't go wrong with the employees of Furniture medic they can do everything and it is done right.

The project went great, from the initial estimate to the completed job. I had other companies give me estimates and a salesman was sent. They were extremely pushy and wanted me to sign immediately. When Furniture Medic came it was the owner. He was not pushy and was very knowledgable and had many great ideas. The remodel went exactly as planned and I could not be happier. The installers were great and the owner was involved throughout the process. Very happy with my new kitchen
