The service was good, a friendly staff, and very helpful.

Very satisfied. I was a walk in newly moved to the area. I stopped in Thursday after work to check them out. It's nice little garage, nothing fancy. That's better for me, customers pay for fancy. I just want good service. I explained my cars problem. I returned before they closed and left the car. Friday morning they called and advised what needed to be done. The car was ready before closing on Friday. No problem since.

I am retired, so I don't drive very often. So, I fell over my 3000 mile limit. They couldn't figure out the problem but they changed the oil. They noticed that I had neglected to go to inspection. They took my car for inspection. They took an hour and when I got my car back, it was washed. There was a lottery ticket inside saying, "Thank you so much for your business" and I was impressed with their services. They even have a little program where they give a card and it is rigid free. They seem to care about their people. They were very quick.

Frank's Automotive SVC saved me from a $5,500 transmission cost about ten years. He figured out that the problem was actually just a seven dollar sensor. He is extremely honest. The dealership told me that the transmission needed to be replaced on my five year old car and Frank's Automotive were honest and reliable. I've been going to them since.

We have 5 cars so we are there all the time. They call us before they do any work on the cars and let us know how much it will cost before they do anything. They are very trustworthy and the cars are always ready when they say. They are very reliable and if something isn't right they will fix it. They go to extremes to get used parts if they are available so they can save you money.
