THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. INSTEAD OF MAKING CUTS IN THE HOUSE, THEY MADE THEM OUTSIDE WHICH WE REALLY APPRECIATED. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS MANY TIMES.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT I AM NOT SURE THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, BECAUSE AFTER ABOUT SIX MONTHS, ALL EIGHT CARPETS AND THE STAIRWELL HAD BIG BUCKLES IN THEM. I COULDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM ABOUT CORRECTING THE PROBLEM.
