internet service, cable tv service
+ 0 moreTheir service is very very good, but you need to work really hard with them to get them to come out a good stuff done. It's a trial and error with them, that's my biggest thing. We had a router problem and they're trying to sell us a phone service. We don't want a phone service, we just want the router fixed.
Description of Work: I used Comcast Cable for cable services and internet.

+ 1 moreI didn't appreciate that I thought that my phone service was blacked out and I notified them right away of it. I waited three days and then called them again. They finally got someone out the next day and the technician was very good and polite. I do not care for the service. I used them because they seemed to be the cheapest at the time.
Description of Work: I use Comcast for my internet, phone, and cable services.
