B & D Appliance Service LLC

On 12/27/12 the B&D Appliance Service repair person
looked at my oven and told me he needed to order a part and would have the part
the next day or Mon 12/31/12. I waited at home both days and no repair contact.
I called and now I was told Wed 1/2/13. 
Again, no one came Wed.  Thurs the
same thing happened. I told the person who ans the phone that he either fix it
Fri or I want my money back. After many phone calls the repair happened on Fri
and he left me with a gas leak.  When I
called to complain he told me it was my problem call the gas co.  After the gas co turned off my gas I called
another repair person to repair the stove. 
He said he could not figure out what the previous guy ruined and I should
probably order a new stove because he could keep replacing parts until we got
the right one.  So now my $319 repair
ended up costing $1640 if I include the new stove and the second repair person
and the $100 deposit on the original repair. 
I had written a check for $219. balance but when he wouldn't make good
on the repair and I realized he damaged the stove I stopped payment on that
check.  I really should be refunded the
$100. deposit plus the additional money this has caused me to spend. His
business should be closed so he cannot scam anyone else.
