On the plus side, he was responsive and came over the same day. 
On the negative side, I was appalled (and frankly offended) by his quote.  I have procured power washing services several times so I was aware of what was within the normal range.  I asked him to come out to quote on the walkway and the back patio area - which would typically be about a half day job for one person.
His quote was $950 - and was very pushy about it.  He (in a condescending tone) said that it was an "excellent price" and that it was really a $1,300 job.  Now, I had a few other quotes behind me from A rated folks from here and theirs was WAY, WAY lower for this exact request.  The most expensive one was nowhere close to $950 and the one I chose was $475 (was also A listed and did a great job).
Interpret it as you may, but I'm female and it's a large house and I find that providers raise the price assuming (1) I don't know/care about it or understand the difference and (2) am dumb enough to pay a "large house" tax.
Really disappointed that someone with such high ratings would try to take me like this.  To be honest, I would not be surprised if the ratings were rigged given his behaviour.

Our HomeTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND SHOW UP ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. THESE GUYS ARE SO THOROUGH WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR AND EVEN POWER WASHED OUR PATIO FURNITURE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY MAY NOT BE THE CHEAPEST GUYS IN TOWN BUT WE HONESTLY BELIEVE THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 3 YEARS ALREADY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Andres and his crew showed up 10 minutes before start time and exceeded all my expectations. I was very impressed not just his manners but his state of the art equipment he had to get every job done! He addressed all the issues I had and also showed me other issues on my home, I was not aware of. Andres was very passionate and showed how much he cares about his customers. I will be hiring him to do interior Painting.

Responsive and punctual. I called several contractors from Angie's List after work and he was the only one who answered me. He came to my house 30 minutes later then did an estimate. They were back at 7 am the next day and worked until 7:30 pm. They're great! Andres himself worked with two other workers and they were done the next day. Very happy.

This company did a job for a friend who was satisfied with the work done. After reviewing their work; contacted them immediately to power wash my home. They quickly responded and set up an appointment for the very next day even though they don't normally work in the area I reside. They showed up around 8:00 a.m. and worked until completion (3 hours). Home, patio and concrete walkway was power washed; house is clean. They are a little pricey, however, work performed professionally, neatly and go the extra step to put everything back in place. I will definitely contact them again.

Very professional, showed up on time of appointment, very careful, did full cleanup, etc.
He also reviewed all the products that he was going to use on my home. Very informative.
We were very impressed as the owner of the company was on the job and stayed the entire time the work was being completed.
I will be using him again and will be recommending him to my friends and family, that is how satisfied we are.

The power washing was $500; I also had him do some other stuff. He is very thorough, but he is not cheap though. I would say that he is a little on the high side, because when it got done he said that he used more of that than he thought he would and things like that, which I wasn't really happy with. He suddenly added some stuff or wanted to; I disputed some of it with him.

Andres is very professtional, prompt, and perfectionistic. Excellent job...many people comment how nice my home looks...thanks to Andres

I originally asked for an estimate two years ago. Andres gave us a reasonable price but we just weren't ready to have our house cleaned because we still needed to do our roof and take some bushes out.
We finally got done what we needed to do and had our house power-washed and had the shutters and front door painted by Andres and his team. He was very patient with us. Our home needed some TLC, and that's exactly what it got. We immediately saw the difference as they were working. My husband and I are really picky and were watching them through the whole process. They didn't seem to mind. When they were done, it looked like a brand new house. I fell in love with it all over again. Andre was very appreciative of the work and took pride in how he did it. I am so thankful that I had him come out and do the work. He is great to work with.

Andre was very responsive and quick to provide a quote and perform the gutter cleaning just before Hurricane Irene hit. No mess after they were done. I was very pleased with the overall experience, and would definitely hire Andre and his company again.

Andres and his crew did the best job I've had done at my house,. The cost was very reasonable, his team is reliable, dliligent, and friendly. They did the job a week after the estimate. Wonderful experience. My deck (18 yrs old looks new)...great job and no hassle to me.
