I was looking for a contractor for over a year, trying to balance budget and hiring the right person for my basement remodel. After a long search, I came across A.D. Construction on HomeAdvisor. Anthony was prompt and thorough in his assessment. He provided a fair price and delivered above and beyond my expectations. His work is a result of not only the skill but a passion for his profession. After receiving multiple quotes from various contractors, I felt most comfortable with Anthony. He came twice to look at the basement, and assess the complexity of the project. He brought in experts to look at the electrical and sprinkler work, so that there were no surprises later. Anthony and his team were there every day, driving to the committed schedule. He was there to talk every day through my 'wants' and proposed ideas that made the space beautiful. Two exceptional pieces was the work done on the sprinklers to gain back the ceiling height and hide the sprinkler heads, and the custom bar that I wanted to have overlooking the projector screen. He even worked with the electrician to mount my projector and screen, and wired the speakers, saving me hundreds of dollars, of having to go to a AV specialist. In addition to his work, Anthony is a very friendly individuals. He's willing to spend the time to make sure you're happy every step of the way. I felt that not only did I find a good contractor, but also gained a friend. The project was completed on time, and I'm loving the added kids playing space and my home theater. Thank you Anthony!

Anthony and his team were always prompt, friendly, and willing to make changes/work with us to get the best outcome. They didn't cut corners and made excellent suggestions when it came to structural or aesthetic decisions. They even delivered more than promised. We hired them to install drop ceiling in our basement and they ended up redoing the recessed lighting and some extras...they did a fantastic job. Anthony, the owner, was extremely professional and my husband and I appreciated his opinion. He was always on time and he never skipped out on our job bc he had another job to do. Recommend A.D. Construction. They found the leaks, quoted a reasonable price to repair, and finished the work quickly and well. They also did a great job replacing a number of doors and windows; replaced wood railing and installed banisters. Again, the work was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price.

It is a pleasure dealing with a contractor who is responsive, prompt and works with excellent sub contractors. His electrician and floor vendor did excellent work. I asked for a copy of his certificate of insurance and his agent faxed it to me the next day. During contsruction the house was left clean and the trash removed timely. I was so pleased with the exterior work, I added the remodeling of my den to the project. They removed the old paneling, added new insulation & sheetrock, added recessed lights, new slider and new wood floor. My den looks fabulous. This is a contractor that I'd definitey use again and recommend to my friends.

Very prompt service and reliable. Got the call the same day. Anthony came out and gave the estimate, wrote up the contract. Job was finished in three days following that day. Would recommend to anyone.
