Responded to my call immediately. Arrived at my house as scheduled, within an hour of my call. My washing machine was up and running again within two hours of my initial telephone call. Arrived on time and went to work immediately on pulling the washing machine apart and installing the new transmission. Left the laundry room as he found it.

HE HAS NEVER HAD TO COME BACK TO FIX SOMETHING, WHICH IS A PLUS. I DO THINK THAT THEIR PRICES ARE A BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO VERY HIGH-QUALITY WORK. WE HAVE HIRED THEM BEFORE AND WE HAVE NEVER REALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM.
