Dryer still did not work. I called back to J&S as well as to South Orange Appliance Repair over the course of a week and retold my story.  Each time, South Orange Appliance Repair said they would be in touch with J&S and get someone back out, but they never did and I finally gave up.  I believe that either this was a scam or the worst service ever.
