They immediately responded with a request for an estimate. Juan (the owner of the franchise) came to walk through the work to be done and provided an estimate within 24h. He also dropped off a fan deck later that week so we could pick and send colors. The works started within a week and lasted six days with a crew of 3 (8:30-5:30). The owner came once towards the end to check in on the project. I mentioned that the crew had broken one window pane and they had it replaced (without additional cost). The day before the last, I pointed out some smaller mistakes and they corrected those the next day. At the end, there were still some minor mistakes (some splashes of paint that shouldn't have been there) but overall a good job - much better than how it was before. Would hire again given price/quality.

Could not possibly be more pleased with this company! Their professionalism is second to none. This was a specialized type of painting job, and I didn’t want to trust just anyone to do this. Juan, the owner, and Sammy the office manager inspired confidence from our first communications. Everything was explained clearly and accurately and there were no surprises. The painters were skilled and clearly take pride in their workmanship. The ugly pink-tiled bathroom has been completely transformed by painting it white…it looks beautiful! I signed a contract with Certapro Livingston NJ (for painting my aluminum siding, cement foundation and windows) and gave them a deposit to paint my aluminum siding cement foundation and windows. They powerwashed the siding. I looked at the job and criticized how they had not removed all the mildew on the aluminum so they left. They came the next day and did the some more powerwashing and brought out the paint to begin painting. I pointed out that some parts of the siding were still mildewed and there were quite a few places where the siding had been loosened and was slipping down. The cement foundation which was also to be painted had old loose flaking paint and spots were green with algae. This was not ready for painting. The subcontractor packed up and was ready to leave when he tried to tell me that he was going to leave the paint for the next crew. I told him that he could give the paint to the next crew (which never come) himself but not to me. He and his crew left. I called the Franchisee Juan Pablo Chamorro and we agreed that this was not working for either of us. He agreed and told me he would mail me a check for my deposit. That was on the Friday 17th of June 2022. I waited till the following Thursday the 23rd of June to call again. I spoke with the salesman Sammy Aquino and he assured me that the check had been sent out the day before on the 22nd. As we are now on the 7th of July it is clear that Certapro Livingston does not intend to do the job or refund my deposit.

We're really pleased with the experience and the work they did. From start to finish they were flexible and responsive to our needs, offering different options to suit our budget, and always being available for questions and updates. Their attention to detail and quality work really shows in the end product. We highly recommend them!

Honestly, these guys did a crazy amazing job. I have zero complaints and I am not the easiest person to work with when it comes to things like this! Juan Pablo and his team were outstanding, kind, careful and patient with me as I switched the door paint color three times!

From the very first contact, CertaPro of Livingston was professional, prompt, and tidy. It was Juan C. who came out to discuss the job with us and have a look at the rooms. There followed promplty a very explicit work order and estimate, based on our specifications. The actual crew who did the painting, led by foreman Cesar, was courteous, skilled, and fast. Juan and his team were amazing. They worked with my husband and me to fit a very tight schedule, were professional, did excellent work, and were incredibly nice to boot. Juan carefully laid out the specifics of the work he was going to do and he cheerfully adjusted as we made changes. His prices were in line with others, and his attention to detail and willingness to work with the customer was a real plus. When you live in a house for a long time, you don't necessarily see everything that needs to be done. His suggestions were great, ie., taking down the basketball net over the garage, which had been here since we moved in. I could not recommend Juan and his team any more highly. You will love your decision to contract with him!!

This is my fourth experience having a house painted and it is by far the best. All of the CertaPro team were amazing. They were able to start earlier than promised. They worked efficiently and neatly. They sent a text message when the weather was bad and they needed to do interior work. They kept me posted daily to let me know when they would be back. They came to do some small preparation jobs when they had to wait to continue painting, allowing the job to progress smoothly and consistently. They came back promptly and courteously when I wanted two little things to be redone. I could not have asked for a better job or a more professional crew. Thank you CertaPro of Livingston. The house looks just amazing. Oh and they pressure washed foundation, steps and driveway so that it all looks great, clean and new.

When Juan visited to give an estimate, I felt very positive about hiring CertaPro of Livingston and was not disappointed. The work started as scheduled and the men arrived each day on time. The work took longer than expected, but I was not approached to pay extra money. The crew led by Cesar was excellent and any requests I made regarding things that had not been completed were attended to without argument. Our house looks wonderful.

I found Juan, the owner of the Livingston NJ Certapro to be fair and reasonable in pricing and regarding this project. There was a team of 3 people on site every day for about 2 weeks. The few glitches that we had with the project manager were quickly resolved once I reached out to Juan as he's accessible, fair and quick to resolve conflict.The job itself was done with attention to detail and care which is crucial given that our home's exterior is the first reflection of us before entering our home. During the time that the workers were on-site they were not noisy, but rather focused and conscientious. Every day they thoroughly cleaned up any job related mess after themselves and communicated necessary updates.They even went the extra mile and repaired a hinge on my front door for an additional fee. They can make repairs etc pre-job which is helpful and limits the amount of different tradesmen needed to finish a project. I love that they don't accept final payment until a final inspection walk thru is done at the job's conclusion and any tweaks or adjustments are done before the job is considered absolutely complete and our satisfaction is achieved.
We are really really pleased with the outcome and still get compliments from neighbors and guests even 2 months after the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for this type of work.

Wonderful!  Juan Chamorro's crew did a fantastic job.  They carefully moved and covered all our furniture, and did a thorough and skillful  job repairing drywall and painting interior walls and house exterior.  The crew worked really hard and were professional and friendly.  We were very satisfied with their work!

The administrative assistant India was excellent, she answered every email, brought me color pallets, and helped ease my mind in regards to the process. The painter Danny and his wife exceeded my expectations when it came to punctuality, efficiency and cleanliness. The owner Juan will help to accommodate a price for every household but his team are the real MVP's.

They did a very good job in a timely manner and for a very good cost. My house is very old with a lot of detail (multi-colored posts and columns, etc.). I was initially worried about their ability to do the fine detail work, but they did a great job. I had no issues on the walkthrough at all.
