 + 0 moreIt went very well. We put a time limit on the sale. Jill contacted me when there was interest sharing her thoughts on offers- buying time bc we had a little- ending up w a good end result. She coordinated the appointments professionally friendly and w flair. She made it all very easy for me.
Description of Work: Jill was kind enough to come to my home and offer to help me sell what I had to sell due to an unfortunate downsizing move due to divorce. It was an emotional time for me and she helped me get through it. I thought I had enough to sell to warrant an estate sale but I didn't. Jill didn't hesitate tho-. She gave me options. Suggesting I sell items on my own or she cld post the items on her website. I didn't have the time energy or the patience to deal w it so it was worth the 35% fee to have it all done painlessly for me. She took photos and posted my items on her website. She took the guess work out for me and knew what to list everything for of course making sure I agreed to the amount. It was fast and easy and painless. Jill took the sting out of having to "purge"

 + -1 moreJill estimated the sale would come in at a certain level. I, of course, hoped to get more. I made a bit more than the estimate. I felt that Jill understood what I needed and took care of me, my stuff and my needs. I gave her name to a friend already.
Description of Work: Jill and her fabulous team set up my stuff for sale. After the posted sale, Jill continued to sell my furniture to people she knew so I wouldn't have to hire someone to cart the stuff out.
