It went very well. We put a time limit on the sale. Jill contacted me when there was interest sharing her thoughts on offers- buying time bc we had a little- ending up w a good end result. She coordinated the appointments professionally friendly and w flair. She made it all very easy for me.

Jill estimated the sale would come in at a certain level. I, of course, hoped to get more. I made a bit more than the estimate. I felt that Jill understood what I needed and took care of me, my stuff and my needs. I gave her name to a friend already.
