I then bought a brand new modern cream color rug for myself, and unfortunately a guest dropped some red wine right in the middle of the rug during the holidays. Not remembering the name of this company and misplaced my receipt, I searched Angie's list and Google Viscose rug. Their name came up and sounded familiar. Sure enough my info was there in their computer and they said they specialize in viscose. I was still skeptical they could get the stain out and a bit of drive to drop off, but I wanted my rug back right-away.
I have to say I am shocked with the result, It looks perfectly clean and even feels softer to my bare feet than before! I dropped my rug on the 6th, and picked it up on the 8th. I highly recommend these guys, they worked miracle with my cream rug. Incidentally, I had called other rug cleaners for price shopping, they basically told me to kiss my viscose rug goodbye, there is no way to clean the wine stain!!!!

However, upon the return of my rugs, these non professional furniture movers were in a hurry to leave my home. I noticed right away after they had left they had cause a large scratch and dent in my dining room on my hardwood floors exactly where they had placed my sofa. I telephoned the company with in 3 minutes after the crew left and complained to customer service what just happened to my floor. I was rudely told by the customer service rep that they were not in the hardwood floor business and that they were sorry, period. I then took a picture my floor and emailed it to their contact on their website. I RECIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR THE FLOOR. After several weeks or promises and of no show appointments, I finally just gave up on this company! I therefore contacted a professional hardwood floor company and had them make the repair as needed, which ended up being a big repair job.

I forwarded you a copy of our exchanged e-mails through our private communications, confirming our scheduled date to repair the scratch on your floor. We regret your floor was scratched, accidents happen. We agreed to have a professional fix it. The 4th of July week was ahead and we could not book any qualified repairman before the 12th of July. We should have also reconfirmed the appointment a couple of days before. You refused our servicemen, on that day; due to a misunderstanding of the scheduling date. We strive for quality and exceeding our customer’s expectations. For your inconvenience, we would like to offer you a free rug cleaning anytime in the future. On a separate note, company owners attend trade shows and in addition to the brochures or catalogs, sometimes they exchange business cards. However, to book the order for any service, one contacts the company's main line and speaks with their sales or service department. I regret you were unable to personally get a hold of me. Business obligations and similar trade shows leaves me little time to personally assist my valuable customers. Again, we regret we did not meet your expectations. Best regards, Azita Goldman"
I saw an ad for Revitarug which said they are experienced cleaning oriental and other expensive rugs.
I was very happy with this experience.
They were polite, helpful and specific on the telephone. They answered my questions and quoted a price.
When the men came to pick up my rug, they put on booties and gloves to handle it!
Communication was excellent.
My rug was returned again by 2 men in the booties. They laid it out for me.
It looked great- clean and like new!
The price was less expensive than many ot the other local places I called.
I highly recommend!
