The service went very well. clean the vent inside and outside to make sure the whole vent line was clean. Very professional

It went well, the technician was on time, wore booties into the house and didn't leave a mess behind after cleaning out the vents and fireplace.

Appointment I was given was between noon and 2pm on a Saturday. I ran errands in the morning and was home 30 minutes before the appointment start time of noon. My neighbor told me that the tech was at my house earlier before we got home, and he left. No note was left, but I found his number on my home phone's caller id and called him. He spoke very broken English, but I was able to convince him to return to my house. When he arrived I showed him where the dryer was, and where the dryer vent exits my home. He asked to borrow a ladder, and proceeded to clean out the vent from the outside. I think he did a good job, based on all the dryer lint that he removed. But I have no way of knowing whether or not the tool extension was long enough to reach all the way to the dryer. He did not do any vent cleaning at the site of the dryer. I would have expected him to clean out the dryer vent from both ends. He was very pleasant, although there was little discussion due to the language barrier. Before he left my home, he told me I owed him $4.08 in tax. That completely caught me off guard that I would need to pay for tax on top of the $68 Angie's list purchase I bought for the dryer vent cleaning service. He showed me paperwork from other jobs he had done, to prove that their tax was also charged, above and beyond the original purchase price, and so I paid him cash for the applicable tax. I had paid close attention to what the extension tool/brush looked like that he used on the dryer vent and found a similar tool on Amazon.com for less than $20. I will plan to do my own dryer vent cleaning in the future.

The man came on time and checked the dryer. He went up in the attic to disconnect the vent pipe and used a brush on a long handle to clean the pipe; however he didn't remove the lint he cleaned out of the pipe from the attic. He left it where it fell. He did tape the pipe connection though. It only took about 15 minutes. He finished and left. The only difficulty I had was understanding his speech, as he had a strong foreign accent. End of story.

The service they provided us was fine, there's nothing stood out. I would recommend them to other people.

The rep came to the house on time. We showed him where the dryer was and asked whether he also cleaned the duct from inside the house. The rep said only if he could not do the duct from the outside. I showed the rep the duct opening on the outside oof the house and the rep commenced cleaning the duct. After a period of time, approximately 1 1/2 hours, the rep came inside the house and started to clean the duct from inside the house. He brought in a compressed air tand and hose and blew out the duct from the inside of the house. He the cleaned up any mess from the cleaning and left.

I was rather disappointed with my experience. I set up an appointment which had to be rescheduled due to technical issues, which I understand. When I called them back to reschedule, they said they no longer service my area. They seemed very lackadaisical in the matter.

They technician was very friendly and arrived on time and got right to work. He was very neat and professional.

Went OK. It didn't take very long which indicated to me that not much work was necessary, which called into question the $80 paid. The provider's English was abysmal, so it was hard to understand the assessment, and asking questions about my fireplace and chimney status was hit-or-miss. He did clean the fireplace out and the chimney, with long brush. He did show me how the flue worked (new house).

In the past the dryer vent was cleaned with a vacuum hose. So I was hesitant to use this service as I have a complicated dryer vent with an angle upwards from the dryer to a long pipe across the room to the outside. This company uses brushes on the ends of flexible wands and I am concerned that the brush at the junction of the dryer and the upright vent pipe now has lint compacted in it. I should have said no--the serviceman's English was poor so it was hard to communicate with him. As a test the flap on the the outside of the house wasn't opening and closing when the dryer was running so he did get a long ladder a pull out more lint from the outside. It is takining longer for heavy clothes to dry and I feel I have to call someone and pay for a service who uses a vacuume hose to get lint out as I have done in the past.

Service went very well. The ducts were cleaned and the two workers did a great job in staying out of the way and getting the job done in a timely manner

It went fine. They did it when they said they would and the price was right. I would use them again if I get another deal like this one.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The experience went very well. They came out within a week after I called. The price and service were good. The repairman was polite and presentable. He was respectful of privacy. They came at the time promised.

It went well except that he didn't cleanup after he was done. Not sure if that was part of the cost.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I don't know how effective it was. I was expecting them to come in and take out each grill and clean it out. I don't have the knowledge to question the technology or see if it was good or bad. I will see if we are still sneezing pretty badly next year. The technician was a very nice fellow. He was an immigrant. He was just as sharp as could be. I think he is probably meant for better things in life. He was very good and very polite. He did the work very quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. The technique was different than what I was expecting so I might try a different company the next time.

Received a confirmation the day before stating the service window was from 4-6pm. The next day, the gentleman arrived at 5:15 pm. When I went to read the contract he stated he wanted me to sign the paperwork first so he could begin the work and I could read the paperwork while he was cleaning. This is a little off-putting, but it's a dryer vent, so not a huge deal. Next, he asked me for a trash bag, which I provided. He then got to work. After he finished, he showed me the material he had taken out of the dryer vent from inside the house. Next we went outside to the side of the house where the vent exits and saw a lot of the lint on the lawn. This shows he snaked the entire vent line, which is great. We went back inside and I signed the work completion portion of the paperwork. Here's the part of the story that bothers me. With his things packed up, he asked to use the restroom. I pointed him to the hall bath and thought nothing of it. He went in and spent the next 4-5 minutes in there snorting and running water in the sink. When he emerged he was soaking wet. (hair, face, arms, etc.) He said "Thanks. It's hot out there today." and proceded to leave. It turns out he removed his shirt and bathed himself in my bathroom sink. All of the remaining paper guest hand towels were used and in the trash and water was everywhere! (Thank goodness for those paper hand towles or my actual guest towels, which are white, would've been used.) I'm not sure which Eastern European country this man was from, but bathing in a customer's sink is not professional behavior here on the East Coast of the U.S. The service itself was fine, and the price was great, but the professionalism was not good, thus giving this experience overall a C, and that alone is generous.

The service was completed as advertised. The only thing I wished they would have done was to throw the lint from the vents out rather than leaving them on the floor to show.

Initially the appointment was scheduled for 9.00 AM. The techinician did not arrive until 9.30 so I left for work. My father-in-law was home. The techinician arrived @ 10.15 AM. He did a good job. I thought they will unscrew the panel of air duct and clean it. A suction pump was used to clean the ducts. After one week I do not see dust collected on any of the ducts so I am assuming the work done was nice.

The guy who came out was very polite and friendly. He did a thorough job. We couldn't be more pleased.

Tech was professional and thorough. He went above and beyond the job he had to perform.

He was a little bit late but, he called before and let me know.

Service was good but little hump when the workman asked for payment again although I had already paid you.Other than that, no complaints.

The only thing I didn't like about the service is that the provider charged me additional $40 for deodorizing. This is something that should be included in the job. I have had done this several times in the past and had never had to pay it on top of the contract amount.

It went very well. They were on time and I was satisfied with their work.
