He arrived between the times he quoted. He was very professional and explained what he would do. He cleaned out the vent which took approx. 45 min. The dryer flex tube was reattached to the dryer and tested. I am satisfied with the job.

Although my husband was here at the time, The provider was confused on the cost.  He wanted another 100.00 or so because he had no record of the "Big Deal" I had purchased.  I had rescheduled twice and spoke to the same person and a price was not discussed other than the Deal.  It seemed the right hand did not know what the left foot was doing.

My review of ProClean on this job? Meh.
To start with, my dryer vent is never really dirty. I clean the filter every time I run a load, and periodically vacuum the vent. So it's never really bad, but my condo association requires a yearly cleaning. Even so, lint may accumulate in bends in my vent pipe, so it's worth the annual clean-out.
Anyway, I used these guys because of the Angie's List coupon, and it turned out that, even with the coupon, it cost more than the guys who did my service last year, and those guys did a much better job. The guy last year removed the front dryer panel, disconnected the vent pipe from the wall, and thoroughly cleaned the lint from the dryer, the pipe, and the outside vent. An excellent job -- the job I would have done.
The ProClean guy looked at the dryer, decided it was pretty clean already, hooked up a shop vac, ran the dryer empty, and vacuumed everything that came out of the outside vent. I said, "So you think that's clean?" He said, "Oh yes, it wasn't that bad to start with and using the vacuum this way will get rid of any lint that's in there."
"Uh huh," I thought to myself. But whatever, I know it's clean, but I'm sure that a) this guy had no way to know that, and b) if it wasn't clean enough already, his method sure wouldn't make it so.
So...meh. I'll go back to the other guys next year.

I purchased an Angies list special for a $ 79 duct cleaning.  Once at my
home additional services were needed due to the size of the duct
system...   I expected to pay another $ 79 to complete the job but the
service man said $170.00.  I was not happy, I called the company while
he was here since he said that he could not do a partial cleaning based
on what I ordered / paid for.  I spoke with the company, then they
called the service man and I was offered $120 "add on" that included the
dryer vent.
Overall he did a good job

The provider called and advised that they had extra time and asked if they could come earlier.  He came 10 minutes later--2 hours earlier than the scheduled time.  I was thrilled.  He was professional and he replaced a missing connector ring.  
I was very satisfied with the service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. This was the first time that we used them. The experience was good.We recommend them as well.

All went well. Technician spoke little English, thus hard to communicate with him. Th s is fine, but it was hard to let him know how all was to be moved back. I would recommend them.

They were not able to get the whole house done, but did a good job on what they did clean.

Took approx 4min. Just a sm amt of lint found???? This is very hard to believe. When asked to see it he ran downstairs & picked it up off the floor. If I had not asked would he have left it there?? Difficult to communicate with.

ProClean Cleaning Services was satisfactory.

I had purchased $79 duct cleaning coupon but I ended up needing to pay an additional $300 for the cleaning of the entire system (so look for a coupon that includes the whole system). There also was miscommunication around original appointment. They were no shows. When I called shortly after the appointment window passed, they said they had me down for the following week.

However, we made a new appointment convenient for me. They almost missed the window for this (second) appointment but did call near the end to say they were on their way. The gentlemen was very professional and courteous, and treated my house well. I was surprised by the additional cost but pleased with the work.

He was in and out and seemed to do a good job.  Gave me a tip about the positioning of my dryer so that it would work more efficient.

Bek arrived during the allotted time and was very polite and informative. He went into my crawl space where the furnace is located and inspected the area. He informed me that he could not perform the service because there was not enough clearance for him to bring his machines into the crawl space. He was apologetic and quickly offered a refund.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went great. The technician came on time, worked pretty well at the cleaning. I was very happy with it. They did the job as soon as I wanted them to do it. They were very professional and clean. I guess they had a good price.

Purchased a BigDeal special for the air return/vent cleaning.  Did exactly what was expected of them for the price.  The system used as a negative/positive air flow, meaning forced pressure air was used at the end points (returns/vents) while a negative air suction was attached to the main HV/AC unit.

After some phone tag, we set up an appointment. The day scheduled for service, a call came that the truck was broken and we had to reschedule. The tech arrived within the 2 hour window and finished on time. My biggest disappointment was the price. Soon after I paid, what was supposed to be 1/2 price, a local company had a deal for a whole lot less. I probably will not use them again and will go with the local company whose full price service was less than the discounted price I purchased.

They were good, clean and met my expectations. They came out pretty quickly.
