I hired Window Galaxy USA to replace 36 windows, install new siding over existing stucco, and extend the gable soffit on my home by 12 inches. I met with Greg on three separate occasions to discuss and finalize my project. I was assured that the color ‘Bone’ would be available for all trim, gutters, and siding. I also paid for a soffit gable extension. All of this is detailed in the contract, which makes their later actions even more concerning. A few days before the work was set to start, I received a call from the owner, Zack, informing me that they do not have the gutters and trim in the ‘Bone’ color and that it doesn’t exist—Greg had apparently made a mistake. Zack also informed me that they don’t do framing, meaning the gable soffit extension I paid for is something they cannot provide. Zack admitted he was unsure why Greg would charge me for a service they do not offer. It feels as though Greg took my $27,500 deposit under false pretenses, promising he could fulfill my requirements just to secure the payment. Furthermore, they failed to pull the necessary permits for the project, which could have resulted in significant issues for me had I not realized it before the work began. Both Greg and Zack were dishonest throughout this process. They should be ashamed of their conduct and should refund my deposit immediately, given the misrepresentation, lack of integrity, and breach of contract.

Windows were replaced, but cleanup was a mess. Trash (sharp object) left laying on the floor along with exhaust vent, so no laundry can be done until they decide when they can return to fix/complete problem, 9/17/22..... Called this morning when I went downstairs, was promised a call back, it's be more than an hour with no response. Needless to say, I should've known this was going to be an issue since the initial Sales Representative was as nasty as they come to begin with, but I thought why not give them them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he was having a bad day or sommething........ Already put a hold on a partial payment of the cost of the project with the hope that they will see the urgency in completing the project. I've also already sent a text along with pictures of the laundry room to both Windows Galaxy and the payment merchant. We'll see how long this waiting game lasts! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WINDOW GALAXY......

From start to finish they were really great. from the day we consulted up to the end of their work they came and work right away. They were nice, prompt, fast and When they say they gonna get done, they get done on the time frame. over all its a good experience.

Professionally installed and the followup service were done in a timely manner

I had Windows done and then two years later, I had siding installed. For both jobs, the installers came exactly when they said they would. They cleaned up each day and left my house immaculate after the jobs were completed. They actually finished faster than the original time frame. Their prices were right on par with other companies but their products were much better quality. I've been getting compliments from my neighbors on how good the siding looks. Their double lifetime warranty is outstanding and they stand behind it. When I called about a window seal that had broken, they asked when I would be home. They came exactly at that time and replaced the damage window, no questions asked. Dealing with Art was always a pleasure. He gave me the quotes and was my point person for everything. He was 100% honest with me throughout the entire process. He was not like other salesman where they just try to sell you the product. It was refreshing to have someone just be honest with everything. If I ever bought another house, I would have them come out and replace the roof, windows and siding. I wouldn't even bother getting other quotes. I highly recommend this company.

Very positive experience from the first call to the finished work. Windows Galaxy was very professional, the prices were good and they have a nice product. The installation was quick and painless and I am happy with the finished work. They did a good job cleaning up and the workers were polite and friendly.

I have replaced all windows for entire house . I had very bad experience to share. I wish i could put something nice here too. and I do not want see that I am the only one here to give the bad feedback. This make really feel like are we deal with the same Guy? we do have the same installer's name though. I have total 13 window and a patio door replaced during one day last September and paid everything in full at the installation day. At $699 for each of the double hung. So after they left, the issues start to appear. The windows are all much smaller then the original sizes since this is townhouse and bare eyes can spot them are all smaller then the neighbors. When window frame pushed against wall they can bounced back. ODD!! After long and hard argument with their manager and installer, they replaced two sliding windows on top of the patio door and the family room. The new installed windows fit the opening better, but the windows are still too soft to support itself on middle top of the window , means the top middle part of the window drop down. Because the the window material is not strong enough to support , The window itself can not carry on such length. They should not be used at first place. For the appreciation of their efforts I choose to ignore even though the sliding windows looked so odd and does not have its original style at all. Second then, after long time waiting and hard negotiation, the patio door was returned back to them and get the refund to have a new Anderson patio door installed by Home Deport. The reason for the returning , is the same as above, the door itself and glass was shaking around when push it , the frame is too soft and the middle of the top frame drop down. The door itself was almost can be push out off the frame since there only a tiny part of the door was inside the frame. Then the third issue , the most worried and unfortunate became true. The room were so cold when the winter approach. So I moved out. Yes , I realized it would be a cold house during the winter, I moved out this newly purchased retirement house by the end of November! Then during the winter time, the house were ice old even with the new Carrier Infinite AC system set to 63 degree, the house never reach 55 with AC was running day and night! My electronic bill is 250 a month For Jan and Feb without anyone live there. Also some of the windows start too show difficult to close and opening. Then I bough a heat gun to check out the window to see where the draft come in. First, the kitchen which have four windows, almost the entire wall, are 10 degree lower than the dinning room which has only one window. The corner of the window is 32, 33 degree while the other part of window shows 48 something. then i checked weather strip and found out, the strip is a very thin and scatted. There is no way it can guard the cold air. After another long waiting , the owner and manager came to house and checked installation which they claimed the smaller size was due to the concern of the expansion of the window and they put a expansion cap around the window, and that is why all the window frame bounce back and forth when push the frame. Then the company called to take all the window back and remeasure them and reinstall them. I had enough bad experience with the window and company , and I do not want use the same quality window since they are simply can not keep the heat inside. Then they ignore my real concern about the window quality and suggest me to replace them.

Arrived promptly. Worked very hard in heat. Did a magnificent job of installing beautiful customer windows. Cleaned up and left. A perfect job.

First off I liked their professional manner dealing with me as a customer. Other contractors could not come up with a solution. Art did special research to come up with a specific solution for my problem. He connected me with the rep from the shingle company to get me more in depth info about the product. Art took care of getting all of the necessary permits. He set up installments and allowed me to put down a deposit. I wasn't required to pay the full amount until the work was complete. They had a very innovative way of making sure that my house was safe when taking the old parts off of the roof. They had the materials on site the day before they even started. They were very punctual and the job was completed in a timely manner. I also liked that there was a manager on site every day. They finished the job in 3 days and I was extremely happy with the service!

We had a great experience form start to finish with Galaxy. The guys were great they finished on time and cleaned up after themselves which was very important to us. The job was installed within a few weeks of ordering, as promised, which was very timely. The pricing was great too. We would defiantly recommend them to friends or family or neighbors. Great experience with Galaxy!
