We knew we would not meet the selected contractor face to face, so our choice was not based on price as much as the quotations presented to us. The "Up-Front" work MGD preformed by visiting the jobsite to see thge work prior to bidding, their professionalism of the quote they presented, and the knowledge they imparted to us won them the contract. Althought their price was not the lowest submitted, it came in under our budget and the work was completed to our customers satisfaction. Our end customer was very pleased with their results.
