When I called Jacqueline's, they were most responsive to my request.  They had a day and  half to prepare the floral arrangement and get  it to the funeral home.  I didn't know what I wanted but I wanted something special.  I looked on live at various arrangements an gave them some idea of what I wanted...a standing arrangement, heart shaped, pastel colored flowers in the pink/purple range...that's all I knew.  They suggested a ribbon with the words "Beloved Cousin" and that was perfect.  The price was about what I was expecting.  All this was done by phone to include using my charge card.  They were so caring and helpful and it was obvious that I was quite upset.  The flowers arrived in time and a relative took a picture and sent it to me.  The arrangement was exquisite and was even more than I would have wanted.  I was...and still am...thrilled by their service.  I would highly recommend them to everyone.  Have the name and address of where it should be delivered and the necessary dates.
