About us

The Central Vacuum division of Enhancement Systems LLC., has over 35 years of experience in the Central Vacuum industry, and 13 Years experience installing the of Retractable Hose systems. We have been members of the Vacuum Dealers Trade Assn.for 27 years. Enhancement Systems is the Retractable Hose Central Vacuum Specialists in the North East. We are the VacuFlo MASTER DEALER in all of NJ, Southern NY State, the 5 Boroughs of NY City, Eastern PA and Northern DE region. All our outside staff has completed a 10 Hour OSHA training course. We service all central vacuum brands. We are also installing Wet/Dry vac systems for commercial applications with CleanWise of Salt Lake City Ut. E.S.Vacs is the authorized LaundryJet installer in the region. With this automated Laundry system, laundry is transported to and from the laundry room.

From the woman who answered the phone, to the owner who called me back to find out what was wrong, to the 3 men who came to the house, they were one nicer and more responsive then the next. They were efficient, pleasant and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their central vac serviced or repaired.

The owner (father), was truly one of the best of all the services I've ever had done! Prompt, responsive, and was self willing to go the extra mile without the exaggerated costs most other companies have. He would rather it be properly done than to leave something half baked. Extremely knowledgable in central vacuums and central vacuum systems, e.g. piping design. Traveling long distances to get to my location and still be on time is remarkable. Wouldn't hesitate without a doubt to have them back! A rare find these days.

They came to begin the installation after the house was framed. After the sheetrock went up and the power was turned on, they came to finish the job. They came when they were supposed to and I found them to be reliable and knowledgeable. The only thing I would do differently is that I would not put the outlet on my main floor in my pantry closet like they recommended. I understand that most people like it there because it's not visible, however that means the closet door has to be open while you're using the vacuum. It is also on the side of the closet where I have shelving so I can't put things on that part of the shelf.

This is our second time using Enhancement Systems for central vacuum installation and it was just as good second time round. This was an install into a finished home and it was very efficient and quick. Workers vacuumed up after themselves too! Several friends have also used them on my recommendation and been very pleased.

Company name is now Enhancement Systems. Old Vacuflo unit was removed and new Vacuflo Filtered Cyclonic unit was installed (FC550). Some piping installed by previous owner was removed and proper piping was installed. Loose wiring for one valve was repaired. A vacuum hose was repaired. Installation crew was efficient and reviewed choices prior to beginning work. Both were professional, and explained operation and maintenance of central vac system.. Work was completed in 3 hours, and premises were left clean. Installation crew apologized for front office forgetting to call and confirm installation data and time. Front office could use a bit more organization in that area.
