I just want to start off by saying I hired this company when I began having an issue in my home after 12 years. The company dies do good work and I saw immediate results same day. The technicians are very thorough, donot rush through the job and are experience. The one issue I did have repeatedly is the communication with the office and scheduling staff not only with myself but the communication between them with field techs and sending them unprepared. The reliability of scheduling as others have mentioned is the core issue here along with office staff. In long short it is indeed a very good company, and the quality of the work is superior but you do have to call repeatedly to make sure they are relaying info to techs properly and don t be surprised if you get someone with an attitude on the phone. All in all 4.5 stars because the quality of the work does overide
