"We did a very similar job for this customer 4 years prior. This project included tearing out his concrete foyer while he was still occupying the home. We recommended he replace all underslab deteriorated 50 year plus piping. He declined and only selected to have a portion of the pipe replaced. The amount he was charged for this job was in line with what he was charged the first time. Please know that 4 years ago we recommended he replace all of the deteriorated piping and he declined than as well and only did a portion, which is why he needed this work done again. The price that he was charged for this job was exactly what the insurance company covered. This customer was trying to get a complete remodel done and covered by the insurance company including replacing their tile floor in their bathroom, hallway and foyer. The insurance company denied this work. This customer was quoted prior to us performing the work. We were also given 4 days to complete this work as they were very concerned about their house being ready for their son's graduation party. It's a shame that people are quoted ahead of time, we do an amazing job (we completely papered off/safed off their white wall paper and furniture and kept everything as clean as possible for them) and after the fact try to attack us on the internet all because they are mad that they couldn't get their insurance company to cover a full renovation."
