He installed the replacement storm door backwards. Since it was a replacement, he just sent the panel. He had to install the existing hardware such as the knobs. His son was working with him that day. I didn't notice that the door was put on backwards until we went to switch out the screen for glass in the Fall. At that point there was nothing I could do, so I never called him on it. His prices were on the fair to high side. After the door was put on backwards, I will not use them again. I have used them in the past for woodworking and carpentry. He does a good job with replacing rotten wood on the house.

He is a high school teacher who does small jobs on weekends or after school. During the summer he does big home improvement jobs like bathrooms and so forth. He is a true professional. He had accepted payment only for his materials. He would not accept payment for whatever extra work that was done when it was because of a faulty job done by someone else. He didn?t have to do that job because someone else hadn?t done their job properly.
