RICHARDS SWIMMING POOL SVC

We had an appointment today for Richards to open our pool - we made the appointment last week and were told, "oh, yours will be easy." Well, it's 9:00 pm and they never showed. No phone call explaining why - they just didn't bother. Add to this that they can never tell you when they're going to show up. We even called today and the woman in the office said she couldn't reach them, they don't leave her a schedule and she would get back to us when she reached them. No word from her either. This isn't the first time we've had this issue with them either, so stupid us for using them again. Or trying to use them again. The thing is, the people who come do the work are great, they are professional and courteous and know their stuff. But to just not show without any word is so unprofessional and so easy to fix. Why bother making appointments? They say you don't need to be there, but it would be nice to have the work done when they say it will be. UPDATE: After leaving two messages this morning (the next day), I finally reached a person in the office around 4:00 and she called the team on the road and told me we were next and that they had been delayed due to the rain. I replied that it hadn't started raining until 7:00 pm last night to which she said, "Oh no, I meant on Friday." All of that is understandable, but what isn't is why, when we spoke to them on Monday, the day of our appointment, we weren't told that they could run late or not show at all, or why we weren't called at ALL to tell us they weren't coming or couldn't fit us in, or why we were never called back today and why no one bothered to beat us to the punch and call us this morning to say they were coming today instead of us having to chase them down. I wish they would just fix what seems to be a simple yet professional courtesy because we would love to keep using them.
