Prompt, reliable and professional service exceeded my expectations given the fact that their was 12 years accumulation of dirt, grit and some mold on the exterior surfaces. I must admit, once finished the home looked showroom new. Graziano knows his business . He is a tireless worker. Once he began, the job wasn't complete from his point of view until he had me inspect every detail of his work. He aso power washed a small paver patio and brought new life to it.

Precision was hired to power wash my dad's house as a birthday present. Upon arrival the entire procedure was explained to my dad before they started and they were pleasant, courteous. A very pleasant, professional owner. He did a very nice job. My only recommendation for improvement would have been a little more time spent in clean up of things that might have been disturbed or moved during the power washing process. That would have been helpful.

Get a detailed description of what will be done IN WRITING. Never got a straight story about the work that will be done. First the washing will be done with chemicals that contain no bleach. Then, no chemicals but 250 deg temp water which will clean everything. Then, 120 deg water because there are painted surfaces. In reality, all the washing was done with plain regular temperature water out of the tap.

"Let me start out by saying that the customer specifically did not want to use any cleaner. The power washing job included a small front porch, 2 wooden columns and a garage door. Since the customer was opposed to using cleaners, I relied on just using hot water. On the porch I used 250 degree water since it was stone and on the wooden columns, I turned down the temperature significantly to prevent damaging the columns. I also power washed a section of the house that was not included in the work agreed upon. After the work was completed, I showed the customer the work that was done and he told me he was satisfied and I was paid."
