Heating and Air Conditioning Service
He originally quoted me $200 for the job over the phone which matched another person's quote. However, after the work was done he asked my husband to pay $300. When I called back after he left he said I heard wrong over the phone.
He did change the filter drier but during the job another problem came up with the power disconnect. It seemed loose and didn't fit right. After he left, the AC stopped working within a few hours. The condense was just making a humming noise.
I called and left a message on a Friday and never received a call back. We had no working AC for 5 solid days in the heat.
After that, I called someone else who came and fixed our power box (it was a quick fix because some connections were just lose) and it cost $50.
So, not sure why Ned didn't call me back about our AC issue because it wasn't a big issue to fix.
