Went fine. Came back the next day to make a small adjustment.
Cannot comment on price since I have no competing cost. Cost seemed reasonable however. I rated it good since your site demands a rating even without a basis.

In preparation for a refi, I was having a home inspection. I found a
puddle of water in my basement near the hot water heater. Mike Foley was
referred to me by a friend. I called and he came over the next morning.
My existing hot water heater was 16 years old. He gave me an estimate
for a new hot water heater and installation. The next day it was
installed, - prompt, clean and professional. He called the next morning
to make sure everything was ok. Unfortunately there was a new puddle of
water. He came back. We decided to do a test to confirm the water was
coming from the hot water heater. We found the water was coming from the
HVAC. The next morning he came and fixed the AC leaking problem. That
was 3 visits and 2 services. He stayed with his initial estimated price.

They were very responsive and they have a very good reputation in the neighborhood. He showed up when he said he would and did the work.
