Do we know Joe? Yes, we do and we are glad to have made his acquaintance! Our church recently had a very unusual and tricky ceiling repair that needed to be done in our sanctuary. Due to the difficulty of this project and the fact that it posed a safety concern, many contractors we talked with wouldnâ  t even consider the project. Joe Percario and his son were truly interested in the job and they turned a proposal in to us in a matter of hours. Joe and Dominic delivered on all their promises, completed the job on time and did everything we asked and more. Dominic was our main contact and I personally found him very easy to work with. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and the crew was respectful of our sanctuary during this project. The repair is beautiful and our congregation can return to worshipping there knowing that the ceiling is safe and secure. We are very pleased with the work they have done, and we would highly recommend them!

I took the time to write this review to vouch for Joe Percario General Contractors. I have had bad experiences with contractors in New Jersey but not here. My finished basement was destroyed from Hurricane Ida. It was devastating. I have never been through a catastrophe, and I am forever thankful I had the Percario family hold my hand and help me through the entire process. They were GREAT, ORGANIZED, HONEST, UPFRONT, FAIR, and FAST. They did an amazing job. I felt comfortable because they immediately responded and showed up when they said they would. Materials were ordered quickly. It made me feel safe they were so organized and efficient. The remediation team, sheetrockers, floor installers, painters, and Percario family were kind, fast, and talented. They removed all the water, carpet, replaced the sub pump, repaired the plumping and bathroom, wet walls, etcâ ¦ they completely transformed my downstairs. It looks better than it did originally. I am proud to have people go down stairs. 100% recommend and 100 STARS!!

After a severe storm we realized we needed a new roof and proceeded to interview 3 contractors. We chose Percario based on their reliability and length of time in the business. We were very happy with our choice. Precious contractors were quick, thorough and very receptive to our needs. After the roof was completed we decided to have some siding replaced as well. We were again very satisfied.
