The first day it went above 80 degrees, we turned on our AC and it was only blowing out warm air, no matter how low we turned our thermostat. Bob came quickly and figured out the problem right away. I’ve had them fix both my AC and heating multiple times. They’ve installed drain pans, drain pumps, fixed my frozen unit. But in heating pressure valves and indicators and fixed my broken circulator pumps. They always do a great job and the prices are fair and reasonable. I’ll never use anyone else.

Bob was on time, courteous and professional. He kept his work area clean and neat. He was very easy to work with and explained everything he was doing and why. We changed over from oil to gas and he handled the whole changeover, from replacing the boiler and hot water heater to installing some new baseboard and plumbing both the gas lines and the water lines. Everything went smoothly and quickly, his work looks neat and professional unlike some plumbers I've had do other pipework for me. We haven't had a single issue since Bob's work. We were so happy with his work we called him back to service our central air before last summer where he found a slight leak, fixed it right away and once again its been running well since. We had him back a third time to move a thermostat where he educated us on new technology where we could keep the thermostat where it was, saving time and money, and he could install wireless senors to more efficiently heat our upstairs area. Bob is the best, I wish we could use him for all our homeowner issues. Would 1000% recommend and use him again.
